On-Line Taxi Booking

It is your responsibility to ensure that all relevant details are filled in correctly in the taxi booking form. Taxi Bookings made less than 5 days prior to travelling will require payment in full via Google Checkout. Taxi bookings made more than 5 days in advance will require a deposit of 25%. By typing your name and ticking the terms and conditions acceptance box your are signing to accept these terms. Please note at busy times we may use an approved third party company for your journey.

Cancellations and amendments

Taxi bookings cancelled will lose their deposit, however if payment has been made in full and at least 48 hours notice given will be subject to a discretionary refund. Amendments and changes of booking date or time maybe subject to an additional charge. Please note that in any case if you have booked a taxi with onthemeter taxis or Bristol Airport Transfers and agreed to our term and conditions at the bottom of our booking form, that if you do not provide adequate warning for cancellation or change of details you may be held liable for the full amount of your booking.

Debit and Credit Card Payments for your Taxi Journey

Credit and Debit Card payments for your taxi journey through Google Checkout are liable to a 3.5% Handling Charge. The minimum taxi fare for a debit or credit card payment is £25. Deposits for your taxi journey are not refundable however full advance payments are discretionary depending on how much notice is given of cancellation.

Extra Charges

Waiting time from private a address is free for 15 minutes and then £5 per 10 minutes or part thereafter, for pick-ups from Airports waiting time is free for the first 1 hour after the plane has landed and then £5 per 10 minutes or part thereafter. Parking charges are included up to £5.00 any further charges are to be paid in cash to the driver at the time of collection.

Delays and Travel time

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have booked your Taxi to arrive at an appropriate time. We are happy to give you an estimate journey time on booking your taxi. No responsibility will be held by EZ Taxi or Onthemeter Taxis for missed connections liability for missed meetings or any other loss due to lateness or delays caused by weather, acts of god or breakdowns.

All Taxi bookings from the airport

All taxi bookings from the airport include up to 1 hours waiting time. The only extra charge that you may incur would be if you wanted the meet and greet taxi service when the driver will come into the airport terminal and escort you to the taxi and help you with your bags.
 

Taxis from the airport

We pick up from all UK Airports: Heathrow, Cardiff, Stansted, Bristol, Birmingham and Gatwick. All the taxi fares are inclusive except for the Meet and Greet Taxi Service for which there is a minimum charge of £10.
 

No worries Airport Taxis

Even if your flight is delayed, dont worry as we will keep an eye on the flight arrival information so if you land late and even at another terminal we will be there waiting for you. For a small extra charge your taxi driver will even come into the terminal building and help you all the way back to the taxi with your bags.
